Velmex (USA) has built precision positioning equipment for science and industry since 1967. Slides, stages and tables come manually operated or motor-driven, built to order from standard sizes — custom configurations welcome, with no minimum order quantity.
UniSlide® linear stages are the most versatile of the range, with eight cross-section sizes from 38 mm to 229 mm wide, load capacities up to 180 kg horizontal / 45 kg vertical, travel distances to 1,070 mm and seven lead-screw pitches in two accuracy grades.
BiSlide® modular stages combine a strong I-beam profile with 135 kg horizontal load capacity and travel to 2 m with lead screw — or up to 5.8 m with the belt-drive version. A simple cleat system makes XY and XYZ multi-axis assemblies straightforward.
XSlide™ compact stages (48 × 30 mm cross-section) carry up to 15 kg over travel distances to 775 mm — a cost-effective choice for incrementing and scanning tasks in tight spaces.
The range is completed by rotary tables and turntables with load capacities to 90 kg, pre-configured XY and elevating tables, and specialised measurement systems for dendrochronology and petrography. VXC™ stepper-motor controllers, VRO™ encoder readouts, motors and encoders complete a fully motorised system from one source.
