Clamping nuts and screws that turn a hand wrench into tonnes of clamping force.

JAKOB power clamping nuts and screws have a mechanical force amplifier inside: an operator tightens with an ordinary spanner and the internal mechanism multiplies it into tonnes of safe, repeatable clamping force. No hydraulics, no torque wrench, no heavy tooling — faster, safer die changes with fewer people.

The headline MCA-DB clamping nut integrates its own torque limiter, so correct preload is reached without any torque wrench. Spring-loaded stainless versions remain stable to 400 °C for press-hardening and hot-work tooling. Supplied in Southeast Asia by ISA Technology.
